with awareness.<br>Through the practice, you build strength, gain flexibility, and invite softness into your movements.<br>The class brings vitality to your entire system, and the final relaxation class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Short Introduction About Me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoga crossed my path at different moments in life, but it was only in 2003, after moving to the Netherlands, that I began to practice regularly and truly step into this journey. Since then, much has unfolded.<br><br>Today, I\u2019ve been teaching yoga for nearly a decade. Alongside it, I became an accredited Ayurvedic Practitioner and a registered Naturopathic Therapist.<br><br>Bringing Yoga and Ayurveda together came naturally to me after all, they are <em>sister sciences<\/em>, meant to walk hand in hand, whether in a class or a consultation.<br><br>Over the last two years, these teachings led me even further \u2014 into the sacred field of <strong>Women\u2019s Health<\/strong> and the <strong>ancient feminine wisdom<\/strong>, which I now embrace and continue to deepen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What inspires me?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sharing the tools I\u2019ve gathered over the years, and guiding others through the empowering process of reconnecting with their own healing intelligence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure style=\"background-image:url(&apos;https:\/\/huiswerkrotterdam.nl\/patriciaveltri\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/golf-patroon-lmet-background-anger.png&apos;);background-size:cover;\" class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignfull has-background\"><blockquote><p>A lot of stress builds up in my body after a day of work in the office at a desk behind a laptop. After a yoga session by Patricia, all stress build-up just vanishes.
