“Caring for your body is remembering that you are sacred”
My purpose is to help women remember who they are beyond the rush, the noise, and the disconnection.
I believe that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with what has always been whole within us.
Through Yoga, Ayurveda, and Natural Gynecology, I offer a space of care, listening, and ancestral wisdom so that you can honor your rhythms, embrace your body, and live with more presence and ease.
I work with women who seek balance, clarity, and gentleness in their journey of health whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and rooted in the intelligence of nature. Come meet me and explore how these practices can support your path.
It will be an honor to walk alongside you.

About me
Sharing Ancient Wisdom

My connection with Yoga began long before I actually started practicing it.
I was just 10 years old when my grandmother returned from India and began doing her “daily exercises” each morning in the garden.
I still remember her teaching me how to stick out my tongue and roar like a lion.
At different points in my life, I practiced yoga but it was only when I moved to Holland in 2003 that I felt the need to see my life from a new perspective.
That’s when I re-discovered yoga, and my journey along this path truly began.
At a time when I felt completely lost and vulnerable, yoga had such a profoundly positive impact on my life that I decided to dive deeper into it.
Quite naturally, I transitioned from being a practitioner to becoming a yoga teacher.

A few years later, Yoga introduced me to her sister, Ayurveda.
I was instantly captivated, and in 2017 I began studying at the Delight Ayurveda Academy in Amsterdam.
It took me five years of dedicated study including an internship at an Ayurvedic hospital in India to finally graduate in 2022.
Today, when I’m not teaching yoga classes, I offer Ayurvedic consultations, guiding my clients in overcoming their challenges through traditional Ayurvedic treatments.
If there’s one thing that became crystal clear to me throughout this journey, it’s that my calling is to support women’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
To deepen my knowledge and better serve this mission, I recently began a mentorship in Natural Gynecology an approach to gynecological health that embraces non-aggressive, non-invasive practices.
It offers women alternative ways to care for concerns often seen as “common,” but not always fully understood.
And here I am open, present, and ready to share the tools I’ve gathered over the years, and to connect with you on this path.
