About me

Yoga crossed my path at different moments in life, but it was only in 2003 after moving to the Netherlands, that I began to practice regularly and truly step into this journey.Since then, much has unfolded.

I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly a decade. Alongside this path, a new door opened in 2014, when during an advanced yoga training retreat I discovered the book Prakrti by Dr. Robert Svoboda. That reading awakened something ancient and intuitive within me, a deep curiosity for the Ayurvedic system.
Three years later, I enrolled at the Ayurveda Academy in the Netherlands.

After five years of intense study, a pandemic, and an internship at a hospital in Kerala, India, I graduated as a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2022. I later completed a Western anatomy and medical knowledge course to support a more integrative approach in my consultations.
Bringing Yoga and Ayurveda together came naturally, they are sister sciences, made to walk hand in hand, whether on the mat or in the healing space.
But my journey didn’t stop there.

My final research at the Ayurveda Academy was on Women’s Health what began as a personal interest quickly grew into a life calling. Soon after, I encountered the teachings of Natural Gynecology, and everything aligned. Since then, I’ve been diving deeper into the sacred feminine, guided by mentorships, retreats, and ancestral knowledge.
