Yoga
Balance in your life

Yoga is not about forcing the body into shapes.
It’s not gymnastics, nor a painful pursuit of perfection.
It’s about creating space in the body, in the mind, and in the heart.
Through movement and breath, we invite balance, presence, and inner expansion.
The flow connects each posture with intention.
As in all forms of yoga, the breath is central it becomes your guide, helping you listen to your body with awareness.
Through the practice, you build strength, gain flexibility, and invite softness into your movements.
The class brings vitality to your entire system, and the final relaxation seals the practice with a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

A Short Introduction About Me
Yoga crossed my path at different moments in life, but it was only in 2003, after moving to the Netherlands, that I began to practice regularly and truly step into this journey. Since then, much has unfolded.
Today, I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly a decade. Alongside it, I became an accredited Ayurvedic Practitioner and a registered Naturopathic Therapist.
Bringing Yoga and Ayurveda together came naturally to me after all, they are sister sciences, meant to walk hand in hand, whether in a class or a consultation.
Over the last two years, these teachings led me even further — into the sacred field of Women’s Health and the ancient feminine wisdom, which I now embrace and continue to deepen.
What inspires me?
Sharing the tools I’ve gathered over the years, and guiding others through the empowering process of reconnecting with their own healing intelligence.
A lot of stress builds up in my body after a day of work in the office at a desk behind a laptop. After a yoga session by Patricia, all stress build-up just vanishes. The session also allows me to get down to earth with myself and relativize my day-to-day.
